Bacchant Chardonnay 2010
Bacchant (bac·chant) 1. A follower of Bacchus, the Roman god of wine. 2. A drunken reveller.
Hand pruned and hand picked, this Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed into new and two-year old French barriques, and left to wild yeast ferment.
The wine elegantly delivers a sophisticated nose with a complex palate of citrus, white peach and biscuit cream tones. Drink now or until 2020.
